TERMS OF SERVICE

Household Planner (HHP)

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Household Planner service (“Service”) provided by OWS E.V. (“Provider”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Description of the Service

The Service is a web-based financial planning and organization tool designed to help users track, manage, and plan personal financial activities.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

3. Subscription Plans

The Service is offered on a prepaid subscription basis, including but not limited to the following plans:

  • 1 month
  • 3 months
  • 6 months
  • 1 year
  • 3 years
  • 5 years

Each subscription provides full access to available features during the selected period.

4. Acceptable and Reasonable Use

You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose and in a reasonable manner.

Prohibited or improper use may include:

  • excessive automated requests or system load
  • attempts to disrupt or interfere with the Service
  • use outside normal personal financial planning purposes

We reserve the right to limit, suspend, or terminate access in cases of misuse.

5. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials
  • ensuring the accuracy of your account-related identification information

We are not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to protect your account credentials.

6. Data Security and Storage

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to help ensure that the Service operates in a secure and reliable manner.

Regular system backups are performed, which may allow restoration of a substantial portion of user data in the event of a system failure or data loss.

While the risk of data loss or disruption is considered low, no online service can guarantee complete protection against all possible failures.

7. Service Reliability and Limitation of Liability

We aim to provide a stable and reliable Service at all times.

In the event of a significant service disruption or data-related issue attributable to the Service, we will make reasonable efforts to restore functionality and assist affected users.

Where appropriate and at our reasonable discretion, this may include partial or full refunds for the affected subscription period.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the total liability of the Provider shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the applicable subscription period.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

8. Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your data at any time.

The process is as follows:

  1. A clear deletion request must be submitted
  2. A confirmation email will be sent
  3. The request may be withdrawn within 7 days
  4. Data will be permanently deleted within 30 days

Once deletion is completed, the data cannot be restored, and we are not responsible for any consequences resulting from such deletion.

9. Automatic or System-Based Deletion

We may delete data in the following situations:

  • prolonged account inactivity
  • termination or discontinuation of the Service
  • legal or regulatory obligations
  • system integrity or security considerations

We will make reasonable efforts to provide notice where appropriate.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service:

  • in case of violation of these Terms
  • in case of misuse
  • in case of security risks

You may stop using the Service at any time.

11. Disclaimer

The Service is provided for informational and organizational purposes only.

It does not constitute:

  • financial advice
  • legal advice
  • tax advice

You are solely responsible for any financial decisions made based on your use of the Service.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hungary, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Hungary.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
